1. License Grant
Subject to this EULA and the applicable app-store rules, ShuttleX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control as permitted by the relevant platform terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, exploit, modify, or create derivative works from ShuttleX except where expressly allowed by law. You may not circumvent security or purchase controls.
3. Ownership
The app is licensed, not sold. ShuttleX and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the software, branding, designs, and related intellectual property.
4. User Data
Your use of ShuttleX is also subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for information you enter into the app and for ensuring you have the right to use or share it.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may interact with app stores, operating-system services, sharing tools, analytics, or other third-party services. Those services may be subject to separate terms.
6. Updates
Updates may add, remove, or modify functionality and may be required for continued compatibility, security, or legal compliance.
7. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9. Termination
This license ends if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete copies of the app to the extent required by law and platform rules.
10. App Store Terms and Contact
