By downloading, accessing, or using ShuttleX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
You may use ShuttleX for lawful personal or organizational purposes. You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it to violate another person's rights.
3. Scores and Match Records
ShuttleX is a convenience tool. You are responsible for verifying scores, player information, and match results. The app is not an official tournament authority unless explicitly stated for a particular event.
4. Premium Purchases
Premium features may be offered as a one-time purchase. Pricing, taxes, refund eligibility, billing, restoration, and purchase processing are governed by the applicable app store and the offer displayed at purchase time.
5. Intellectual Property
ShuttleX, its branding, interface, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to the app publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
6. Availability and Updates
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may release updates that are required for compatibility, security, legal compliance, or continued operation.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShuttleX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use ShuttleX.
9. Termination
We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
